Objectives recap: Create a secure D11 Distribution 
then upgrade SaaS websites from Drupal Core 10.5.x to 11.2.x

Key Milestones

  1. ✅ Build the GovCMS D11 foundations.
  2. Complete the Security Assessment.
  3. Launch the D11 distribution.
    Note: There has been a delay in timeline, and as a result the D10-D11 Upgrades have been pushed back to kicking off in March 2026.
  4. The D10-D11 upgrades.
  5. Retire the D10 distribution.
