Objectives recap: Create a secure D11 Distribution
then upgrade SaaS websites from Drupal Core 10.5.x to 11.2.x
Proposed Release Schedule
Between now and November 2025, the priority is building the GovCMS D11 foundations. Once we have all the D11 building blocks in place, we will complete the Security Assessment. Then we can launch the D11 distribution in January 2026, after the Christmas shutdown.
