Introduction to Content Management (ICM)
Introduction to Content Management (ICM) Training, provides a practical introduction to the fundamentals of publishing, editing, and maintaining content across digital platforms.
Participants will learn the basics of creating clear and engaging content, making updates and edits efficiently, and ensuring information remains accurate, organised, and up to date.
The course is designed for beginners and focuses on building confidence in everyday content management tasks, commonly used in websites, internal systems and online platforms.

Invoices will be sent to your nominated contact after you have attended the training session.
Catering: Catering will be provided for In Person Training only. Please advise of any dietary requirements when registering.
Cancellation fee: Registered participants who cancel within 7 days of the training commencement date will be charged the full fee. If you don’t show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee.
