Drupal 11 Process and Upgrade Schedule

Process

The website upgrades phase will follow that same process as the past:

  1. [We] will Create D11 feature branch
  2. [You] will have 2 weeks to Identify and fix any issues, then once you let me know
  3. [We] Merge D11 website to become LIVE 

The whole process will be communicated and tracked via a service desk ticket

Upgrade Schedule

Each group will 'close off' midday the Friday prior. ie to be included in Group A, you will need to complete the form by 12pm Friday 30 January.

For each of your Drupal 10 SaaS websites, include the project name AND URL of the project.

  • Select your preferred group window for upgrade and validation

Use the plus (+) symbol to add additional projects.

The service desk ticket will be created in the name of the person filling in this form. Please include any other emails you would like CC'd into the ticket.

Please provide any further information that helps us plan for the D10-D11 upgrade. This could include:

  • time constraints in your organisation
  • key project priorities/deadlines
  • competing priorities
  • capacity/skills within the team to complete validation
