We are excited to announce, GovCMS will be hosting its annual Mega Meetup Event again in Canberra, on Wednesday 13 November 2024. We would like to provide suppliers on the Drupal Services Panel the opportunity to showcase your products and services at the Mega Meetup event. During the breaks, delegates will be invited to wander the stalls and network with all vendors at the event.
There will be no cost for participation in this promotional opportunity and the exhibition stand locations within the venue space will be randomly selected.

- Venue – Canberra Southern Cross Club, Woden
- 92-96 Corinna Street, Phillip(Opens in a new tab/window) 2606
- Corinna Ballroom (level 1)
Setup and Pack down:
Set up is open from 7.30am on the day of the event (Wednesday 13 November) and pack down is to occur at the conclusion of the event (4pm – 5pm).
The set up entrance is accessible via the roof car park (entry via Corinna Street, Phillip.). To access the roof, enter the carpark (ground level) and go right to the end and turn left. This entrance is only accessible for cars and small trucks, due to a hairpin turn. The location of all vendors within the event space, will be supplied closer to the event date.
Vendor Stall requirements:
Vendors can choose from one of the following setup:
- Tall cocktail table (0.70m(w) x 1m(h))
Area = 1.5m x 1.5m
- Trestle table (1.85m(w) x 0.75m(h))
Area = 2m x 2m
Each vendor area will be supplied with one power outlet
We recommend you bring the following items for your own area:
- Table cloth.
- Audiovisual and technical equipment.
- Brochures, flyers, business cards and other promotional products
- Stationary items, including power cords and power boards.
Carparking:
Parking is available at the venue, entry via Corinna Street, Phillip. You must validate your parking ticket at the venue reception prior to departure.
Overflow parking available around the venue.
Wi-fi:
There is complimentary wi-fi available at the Canberra Southern Cross Club. If you require high speed internet, please bring your own personal device.
