If you have not already done so, please register your team’s attendance for the event on our website.
Location
The event is held at The Rex Hotel (Opens in a new tab/window) - 150 Northbourne Ave, Canberra 2612 ACT.
Setup & Pack Down
Setup is open from 7am on the day of the event (we do not have access to the venue prior to this date and time) and pack down is to occur between 3.30pm - 7pm. There are 6 steps at the entrance of the vendor room foyer, therefore all trollies and equipment on wheels need to bump in via the side entrance of the function room, entry via the outside carpark.
All vendors will be located in The Ballroom at The Rex Hotel, catering will also be in this function room. The location of all vendors within The Ballroom will be supplied closer to the event date.
Vendors can choose from one of the following setups:
- Tall cocktail table (area = 1.5m x 1.5m)
- Trestle table (area = 2m x 2m)
- Trestle table (area = 2m x 3m)
Trestle table size: 1.85m (length) x 0.75m (height)
Tall cocktail table size: 0.70m (width) x 1m (height)
We recommend bringing the below items for your vendor area:
- Table cloth
- Laptop
- Brochures/flyers/business card holder/other promotional products
- Stationery items (e.g. pens, notepads, scissors, tape, labels, power board etc.)

Car Parking
There is very limited car parking available at The Rex Hotel. Paid parking is available within walking distance to The Rex Hotel at the following locations.
- Wilsons parking: 24 Girrahween Street, Braddon
- Wilsons parking: Mode 3 Elouera Street, Braddon
- Wilsons parking: 36 Mort Street, Braddon
There is also limited, timed street parking around the venue.
Please allow extra time for car parking.

Public Transport
We encourage you to catch public transport to the event and light rail is the closest public transport option. The light rail stop (Ipima Street) is within a short walk (roughly 250m) to The Rex Hotel.

Wi-Fi
The Rex Hotel provides all attendees with complimentary Wi-Fi access. We do recommend bringing your own portable hotspot if you would like high speed internet.
