A GovCMS panel will take us through a retrospective journey of the last five years and answer your questions. Then it’s time to look forward—find out what’s planned for 2020 including the upcoming release of Drupal 9 planned for the middle of the year. Kathryn King, Head of ICT and Digital from the office of the eSafety Commissioner will share the journey she took to complete a full digital transformation of the eSafety Commission website. This work resulted in a website that looks great and is a world first, find out why. Kathryn and her team are proud to have a website that helps to keep all Australians safer online.
Alistair O’Neill, Assistant Director and Website Manager, Department of Finance will share his experience of redeveloping the Department of Finance website to create a modern, user-centred design. The time Alistair and his team invested in understanding Finance’s customers and their needs has paid off. Traffic to the website has increased showing that customers are finding self-service easier on the new site.
Akhil Bhandari, Engagement Manager, Salsa Digital will speak about their service desk and how to make it work for you. He will also be available to answer questions.
