This infographic shows how the govCMS team uses research and feedback to drive improvement, using Agile methods.
User research, from feedback, interviews, online community, roundtable discussions, discovery research and usability testing is collected, analysed, distilled and understood, leading to the development of user insights.
These user insights are shared on an insights wall, to build empathy. They’re also fed into backlogs as user stories to be actioned. From here they’re prioritised as tickets on Kanban boards and into sprints, leading to work being done and improvements implemented. The process repeats when the improvements are themselves tested in a cycle of continuous research, testing and feedback.
