The .gov.au means it’s official

Australian government websites always use a .gov.au domain. Before sharing sensitive information online, make sure you’re on a .gov.au site by inspecting your browser’s address (or 'location') bar.

The https:// ensures that you are connecting to the official website and that any information you provide is encrypted and transmitted securely.

Reminder: update GovCMS customer accounts

Please take time this month to ensure your GovCMS customer accounts are updated.


Gitlab: ensure only those who need access to your project on  ">projects.govcms.gov.au have access. Check the menu for your project, under Settings > Members.


Service desk: ensure only people who need to raise tickets for your website have access to your service desk account.


Drupal website: if you're no longer using dev/test/feature branches, please delete them from dashboard.govcms.gov.au. Check that content editors who no longer need to edit content on website, are set to ‘blocked’.
