Prices increasing from 1 November 2026

To continue delivering a secure, reliable and sustainable platform, GovCMS subscription prices will increase by 10% from 1 November 2026.

The updated pricing will apply to all new subscriptions and renewals commencing on or after this date. If your subscription has already been paid beyond November 2026, the new pricing will not take effect until your next renewal period.

Like many organisations, we've seen a significant increase in the cost of technical specialists, platform engineering services and cybersecurity tools. As GovCMS is a fully cost recovered program, these changes will affect the pricing passed on to agencies.

If your subscription is due for renewal, we'll send you a proposal outlining the updated costs that apply to your service. Site owners will be contacted approximately two months before their current subscription expires.

We're committed to working closely with agencies throughout this transition and will continue to explore opportunities to deliver value and efficiencies wherever possible.

If you would like more information about how the increase in price will affect you, use the Contact Us form to get in touch.
