Price increase from 1 December

Our prices will increase from 1 December 2022. New prices will apply to new subscriptions and all renewals that start on or after that date. If you’re all paid up to sometime in 2023, the increased prices won’t apply until your next invoice.

Costs for technical specialists and platform engineers have risen significantly globally. Finance negotiated with Salsa Digital and amazee.io as part of the annual contract review, and agreed that some of the increase could be passed on to us. As GovCMS is a fully cost recovered program, Finance will pass this cost increase on to agencies.

Agencies with subscriptions renewing in 2022 have already been sent proposals confirming the new costs applicable to their subscriptions. Subscribers due for renewal in 2023 will be contacted about two months prior to the expiry of their current subscription.

Pricing for GovCMS hosting will be reviewed again in 2023, once the new hosting contract is in place. Costs for the new contract won't be known until July at the earliest.
