Meet the team - introducing Reece
It’s likely you’ve already met Reece. He is the one who helps onboard your website to the GovCMS platform and get it to go-live. Alongside onboarding, he plays an important role in answering your GovCMS enquiries. Reece hit the ground running when he joined our GovCMS onboarding team back in April.
“I enjoy being part of the GovCMS team and helping customers or members of our community. I like to focus on a holistic approach to meeting the needs of our customers. I try to understand not only their requirements, but their reasoning, when trying to find solutions.”
Reece has a strong service ethos and is committed to customer satisfaction. His favourite part of his role at GovCMS is bringing new sites and agencies to the platform, and getting positive feedback on their experience.
“I enjoy hearing about the satisfaction our customers feel with the services we offer. We are always looking for feedback, and welcome any suggestions on how we further improve your GovCMS experience.”
With his can-do attitude, Reece is always ready to problem solve and find working solutions. No question is too hard for Reece, and if he doesn’t know the answer, he’ll make sure he finds it out. Reece says if he could communicate one message to GovCMS customers, it would be:
“Don’t be afraid to ask questions, we are here to support you. GovCMS is an awesome service and the Onboarding team is great. We are always happy to answer your questions and to ensure that your transition and experience with GovCMS goes as smoothly as possible.”
Outside of work, Reece enjoys spending his time with friends, watching the footy, exercising and planning future getaways. He is not a fan of the winter cold and would love to be adventuring up north or out west to get some warmth back after Canberra’s cold winter.
“My most recent and favourite getaway was to the Whitsundays. It was great to get out of the Canberra cold and into warm sunny days at the beach. Next on my bucket list is to adventure over to Western Australia to see some of their famous national parks.”
