Drupal Services Panel refresh underway

The Department of Finance is evaluating tenders to establish a new Whole of Australian Government GovCMS Drupal Services Panel for an initial three-year period ending 30 June 2024.

This Panel once formed will replace the current GovCMS Drupal Services Panel (SON3456725) which expires on 30 June 2021.

As the expiry of the current panel draws closer, agencies should carefully consider whether any new or existing contracts need to extend beyond 30 June 2021.

If you need to setup a contract that will extend beyond 30 June 2021, please get in touch as soon as possible. If the work isn’t time critical we may ask you to delay issuing an RFQ until the new panel is established.

For those who have an active contract which extends beyond 30 June 2021, we will be in touch soon to provide some guidance. Short-term extensions are possible under the current arrangement, and we will do our best to minimise the impacts on projects that are in-flight.

All new contracts and change orders must be approved by the GovCMS team prior to the change.
