At our April Online Meetup event, we shared the latest D11 progress, upcoming deadline (27 May), and what to expect as the program wraps up.
D11 upgrade reminder
By now you should have heard from us through our raising of proactive tickets for impacted websites. The upgrade process commenced on 4 March 2026 and is concluding on 27 May 2026. During this time, agencies were invited to nominate a two-week window to complete user acceptance testing before their upgrade.
Where agencies did not schedule their upgrades within the available window, the upgrades will be progressed on their behalf between 28 May - 5 June. This may mean some functionality or integrations may not behave as expected, and agencies may need to undertake follow-up actions to ensure full compatibility. If you haven’t heard from us, please get in touch as a matter of urgency.
