What’s ahead for GovCMS Training

We want to understand your experience with our online GovCMS training. Last year we had over 60 people attend our two GovCMS online training courses. A survey was sent to those participants to better understand what went well and what could be improved. We received 14 responses with invaluable feedback.

Many found both training courses a useful resource and appropriate to their needs and requirements. The feedback highlighted new and inexperienced participants needed more support. Many participants noted some of the documentation was out of date, inaccurate and had gaps.

We received some great suggestions on how to improve the timing, naming and format of the training. Participants also wanted additional information and courses that would help them at different stages of their GovCMS journey. Some changes have already been made, including an update of the material to D9.

A big thank you to those who responded to the survey and shared their experiences. Your input is important to us and supports our commitment to continuous improvement.

Over the next 12 months we will be transforming our GovCMS training based on your feedback and experience. If you have any further ideas or suggestions, please register for one of our User Research sessions.

More training dates

Both courses commenced again earlier this year and there are a few more dates left for the remainder of the financial year:
