Enhancing and improving the GovCMS Website

Tuesday 29 March 2022

Here at GovCMS, regular website improvements are just a part of business as usual. If you’re a regular visitor to https://www.govcms.gov.au/ you’ve likely seen a couple of these changes over the past 12 months.

Maybe you noticed the “this page was last updated” info, or the total revamp of our Contact Us form. Or maybe you saw that we added a secondary menu and Service Desk button, or simply that some of our content had changed.

These changes have been gradual, and are part of our commitment to continuous improvement.

As one of our community’s key touch points for finding information, getting advice and signing up for events and training, it’s important to us that these changes enhance the way you use the GovCMS website. We don’t want it to just be a pretty face.

That’s why this month we’ve added a Feedback button to our website. You’ll now be able to provide feedback on the pages and content you find on https://www.govcms.gov.au/

Great content that took you 15 minutes to find? Let us know!

A pretty button that sent you nowhere? We can fix that!

GovCMS is by Government, for Government. But the GovCMS website is by GovCMS, for you.

So please, if you visit https://www.govcms.gov.au/ and leave some feedback, good or bad, let us know! Just click the Feedback button on the bottom right-hand side of your screen, on desktop or mobile.

We look forward to hearing from you.
