Community Events

The GovCMS community is a large part of what makes GovCMS, GovCMS. We’re more than a whole of government web hosting service, we’re a growing community of individuals who come together to innovate, learn and solve problems across government.

So far this year, over 200 individuals from over 80 organisations have joined us at one, or more, of our community events. And 2021 is not done yet.

We hope that the community will reconnect with us, and each other, in one of our seven remaining events in 2021.

On 15 November, GovCMS Week Online Take 2 begins. With six short online events over five days, this is a jam-packed week for GovCMS, but community members are encouraged to pick and choose what they’d like to attend, and take advantage of the online nature of the events.

We’ve taken on board your feedback from the Week Online back in May and designed the events to be more engaging, interactive and hands on. You can register online now.

By December, we know most of you are winding down, but we have one final event coming before the holiday season. GovCMS will be hosting our second FUNdamentals event in early December. We’ll be covering site wide notifications, just in time to let your users know of any holiday arrangements in your team. Registrations will open soon, so watch this space.

GovCMS, and the GovCMS community has had a massive year, full of refreshes, betas, launches, events and training. While it’s not quite done, we’re definitely nearing the finish line of 2021. Let’s finish strong by staying connected, supporting one another, and taking the next steps into 2022, together.
