Discuss, learn, collaborate – a refreshed events lineup for the GovCMS community

As the digital landscape evolves rapidly, GovCMS is refreshing our community events to make sure everyone can keep pace, connect, and contribute. Here's what's on offer.

Campfire – Discuss

Gather around the virtual campfire for open, casual conversations on GovCMS topics that matter to the community. Campfire sessions are a space to identify and share challenges, exchange ideas and develop solutions that can be rapidly implemented.

On Wednesday 28 October, we’ll be kicking off the series with a discussion on the GovCMS backlog.  We’ll focus on where module requests have “requires more community feedback/interest”, giving community members an opportunity to discuss needs, share use cases and help shape potential future enhancements.

If you’ve submitted a module request, we’d encourage you to bring it to the campfire and be part of the discussion.

Sessions are held via GovTEAMS on an ad-hoc basis. If you would like to come along and have not yet received an invitation, please contact govcmscommunications@finance.gov.au.

Not on GovTEAMS yet?

The GovCMS Community is hosted on GovTEAMS, so you’ll need a GovTEAMS account to access the community and its resources.

If you are not yet a member of the GovCMS Community, you can self-register for a GovTEAMS account (if you are a current Australian Public Service employee or contractor). For more information, visit GovTEAMS registration.(Opens in a new tab/window)

FUNdamentals and FUNctionality – Learn

GovCMS is always evolving, and these sessions help keep you in the loop. FUNdamentals covers non-technical updates, while FUNctionality digs into the technical detail, both feature subject matter experts and time for your questions.

Keep an eye on events on our GovCMS website for the upcoming schedule and to register.

A couple ways to engage. Something for everyone. We look forward to seeing you there.
