Summary: Learn the basics for publishing, editing and maintaining content. There are no prerequisites for this course.

Duration: 4 days (1 x 2-hour session per day)

Course outline

1. Login to the administration area and access key areas
2. Create and manage content and content revisions
3. Create and manage files and media assets
4. Publish content and learn the GovCMS content moderation workflow
5. Manage content URLs, URL aliases and redirects
6. Use taxonomy to categorise content
7. Create online forms
8. Manage blocks of content and update site navigation
9. Manage content layout
10. Understand more about GovCMS and Drupal

Online Content Administration training sessions are led by a facilitator via the GovTEAMS platform. If you do not already have a GovTEAMS account, please let us know and we will add you as a guest.
