Introduction to Content Management – In-person
We’re offering Introduction to Content Management as a one-day, face-to-face session in April at Clifton’s Canberra (Optus Centre, 2/10 Moore Street). This course is ideal for beginners and covers the core skills needed to confidently manage a GovCMS site, including creating and editing content, managing media, understanding moderation workflows, working with taxonomy, building forms, updating navigation and getting familiar with Drupal.
The session will be held on Wednesday 29 April 2026 and runs from 9:00am–5:00pm. The cost is $750 (excl. GST) and includes catering on the day. Advanced Content Management – Online
For those ready to take the next step, Advanced Content Management will be delivered online in May. Running from Monday 4 to Thursday 7 May 2026, with daily sessions from 9:30am–2:00pm AEST, this four-day course is designed for users with prior experience with Drupal or other CMS tools who want to extend the functionality of their GovCMS site. You’ll learn how to create advanced content listings, configure images and taxonomy, improve site search using URL paths, manage menus effectively, and apply best-practice approaches to performance and security.
