We’re improving our channels
We’re committed to improving your experience on GovCMS. That’s why we like to stay in touch, and get your feedback on what works, and doesn’t work, for you.
One piece of feedback we’ve received is that GovCMS has too many communication channels. So we’re changing that.
To make it easier for you to connect, find information, and get answers, we’re reducing the number of channels we have. From 30 September 2021, GovCMS will be closing the community.govcms.gov.au site and moving the discussion to the GovTEAMS platform.
Over the past year, our GovTEAMS community has grown and is now our primary communication channel. It’s where we host events, share information and connect regularly.
Some existing content will continue to be available to members of the GovCMS community. We will identity important historical posts and information and move this to the GovTEAMS channel so it’s still findable.
Posts and questions you previously used the community site for, can be asked in the GovCMS GovTEAMS community. If you’re not currently a member of GovTEAMS you’ll need to set up an account.
For those new to GovTEAMS, it’s a whole of government service which allows government and external partners to connect on a security accredited collaboration platform. Find out more about the GovCMS GovTEAMS community and how to join.
By combining the community forum and GovTEAMS channel into one, we aim to provide a better experience for you, and increase the value provided by the channels we maintain.
