User Research
Throughout 2021, we have been connecting with the GovCMS community through a range of research activities. This is to help improve the GovCMS product and your user experience.
We have used both surveys and interviews to draw key information on your experience, pain points and ideas. This is to further improve the GovCMS website, the Service Desk and training. We have also connected with Developers to better understand the tools and processes they use, and what challenges and ideas they wanted to share.
In 2021, we made incremental improvements to the GovCMS website and will continue to make further changes based on your feedback. We have prioritised the issues identified from the Service Desk and Developer research and will work on implementing the backlog in 2022.
