GovCMS Census – Thank You!

What a great response we had to the first GovCMS Census! 

Thank you to everyone who participated, for taking the time and being generous and honest with your feedback.

We received 121 responses from a broad cross section of the GovCMS Community, with a good representation of different roles and both SaaS and PaaS customers. The responses were comprehensive and provided valuable information across the different GovCMS service aspects. 

The findings show that, after running the GovCMS platform for 10 years, GovCMS is regarded as a trusted and solid service, and we have an engaged community who feels supported.  You said we are doing well overall and identified some great opportunities to do even better in the future.

Some key highlights

We asked for 3 overall customer satisfaction ratings. The results below show combined ratings for ‘Extremely satisfied’ and ‘Mostly satisfied’:

  • Overall Experience        79.3%
  • GovCMS Platform          81.8%
  • Service Desk                    84.0%

We received many positive comments, particularly on the Service Desk, the Knowledge Base and the Onboarding experience.

You showed a strong preference for email communications, and that you would like more regular, timely and targeted communications.

We can see opportunities to build awareness and engagement with some of the aspects of the GovCMS service, in particular, with the GovCMS Community (GovTEAMS), Drupal Service Panel and release notes.

You told us you want more collaboration and more visibility of the changes and innovation that are planned.

We’ve heard you! Thanks again for taking part. The Census provides a great opportunity for benchmarking in the future, staying connected, and getting your feedback on improvements and changes to GovCMS. We will be in touch again soon to share more of the Census findings and our plans.
