As we look to the future for govCMS, we are hosting the next community meetup. If you have an interest in Drupal, CMS’s, government technology, the future direction for government or discovering more about how the public and private sector can work together effectively then this is the event for you.

At this meetup, we would like to connect the public and private sector to discuss problems and resolutions faced by organisations for digital projects, including govCMS.

Event: govCMS Meetup

Venue: Hellenic Club Woden, Matilda St, Phillip ACT 2606

Date/time: 13 October 2017, 12:30 – 3:30pm

Register: Eventbrite (free event)

At this meetup, we will be discussing government as an API and ways agencies can improve citizen engagement. There will also be a couple of agency showcases on what they have achieved on govCMS.

The govCMS team would like to provide you with all the information you need about the govCMS Drupal Services Panel. We will also provide you with an update on the progress of Drupal 8.

We believe it is important to connect the community and give everyone the opportunity to get to know one another. As such, there will be networking drinks after the event.

Below is an agenda for this meetup:

  • Registration and Networking
  • Introduction by John Sheridan
  • Presentation on government as an API by Sharyn Clarkson
  • Reflective table discussion
  • Agency showcases
